• MODULE 1:
• Ensure to write, read and pronounce the words correctly.
• Recall basic vocabulary related to thematic areas such as: In the House, In the village, Fruit and Vegetables, colours, transport, clothes etc.
• Tell different Maltese words.
• Define the meaning of a word given.
• Write the words while being said.
• Practice to read Maltese words.
• Show the meaning of Maltese words.
• Prepare to be able to write the words correctly.
• MODULE 2:
• Manage to use the grammar rules accordingly.
• Ensure to understand the rules and their application.
• Recall the Maltese alphabet, the definite article and particles
• Recall the appropriate use basic/given adjectives
• Recall the appropriate use of nouns
• List personal pronouns
• Recall meaning and appropriate use of basic/given verbs (conjugation in the present and past tense)
• Identify the basic grammar rules.
• Write the words correctly while applying grammar rules.
• Apply basic and simple grammar rules.
• Show the changes that occur on particular cases.
• MODULE 3:
• Ability to engage in simple, routine conversations in everyday situations, such as greetings, asking for directions, ordering food, and introduction.
• Ability to comprehend simple spoken messages in slow and clear Maltese.
• Improve pronunciation and intonation to be understood in simple and short conversations.
• Ability to ask and answer basic questions.
• Familiarity with vocabulary related to common topics (family, travel, weather, daily activities).
• Understanding the basic rules of Maltese pronunciation.
• Recognition of common phrases used in daily life (greetings, requests).
• Knowledge of vocabulary related to daily life routine activities, such as numbers, time, etc.
• Ability to understand short and clear dialogues.
• Ability to introduce oneself, ask for basic information, and respond to simple questions.

• MODULE 5:
• Represent Maltese culture and tradition on their words.
• Ensure to understand Maltese lifestyle and culture.
• Describe Maltese tradition and customs.
• Identify Maltese culture and compares with other cultures.
• Demonstrate Maltese culture, tradition and customs.
• Create a comparison with other cultures in Maltese.
