Module 1: More Words in Maltese (EQF/MQF Level 2, 1ECTS, 25 Total Learning Hours)
This module is designed to help students expand their vocabulary and improve their language skills in Maltese. The participants will be introduced to a wider range of daily life topics and expressions, focusing on practical usage in listening, reading, speaking and reading. Learners will develop confidence and fluency in using Maltese language in everyday situations.
Module 2: Maltese Grammar in Context (EQF/MQF Level 2, 2ECTS, 50 Total Learning Hours)
During this module, learners will expand their understanding of essential Maltese grammar structures through everyday scenarios. The students will improve their accuracy and fluency in Maltese by integrating grammar into four language skills (listening, reading, speaking and writing.)
Module 3: Speaking in Maltese (EQF/MQF Level 2, 2ECTS, 50 Total Learning Hours)
This module will serve to highlight participants’ skills to spoken Maltese language. They will practice the spoken Maltese language skills working in groups or in pair, creating daily life situations.
Module 4: Maltese Customs and Culture (EQF/MQF Level 2, 1ECTS, 25 Total Learning Hours)
This unit is beneficial to the participants introducing Maltese customs and culture. They will be introduced to an overview of Maltese society and lifestyle. At the same time, the participants will be asked in order to understand their knowledge of Maltese language. This module will provide the participants will the necessary information to gain confidence in Maltese language.
